Day 48: Are you ready?

Got my race bike ready today. Tomorrow is my first race of the season so gave it the once over. I'm not sure how the race will go as I'm really only at the start of my training and I have not managed to do any runs or rides at the intensity that I am likely to be going at.

The plan is quite simple. The race consists of a 10km run, 40km bike and a final 5km run. I would be happy setting out at a pace where my 2nd run is completed at the same pace as my 1st. If I can do this, my time will take care of itself. 2hrs 20mins to 2hrs 30mins would be about right.
