Monday 7 December 2009: Bearded Baby
Finlay's first taste of spinach resulted in a lurid green beard - but his smile says it all!
A couple of weeks into solid food and my little boy is rocking! Kitchen seems permanently deluged with pots, pans and puree as I endevour to ensure Finlay's first tastes are home made and suitably wholesome ... so far, so fabulous!
All in all, a quiet day as I battle the headache and damn cold that threatens to take hold ... feeling a bit flat as a result, but nothing a new day won't fix tomorrow, I hope!
No yoga for me today, but Finlay enjoyed a few postures ... mainly wind-relieving, the downside of weaning for the poor wee chap!
Missing home today - so looking forward to our trip back to Scotland in January.
