First camping trip of the year

The first short camping trip of the year, over to the west coast; Arisaig.

Kids were at school/nursery and Jacqui and me were working, so we had to be super organised. A 3.5 hour drive and we arrived at the campsite just after dark and the kids played on the beach while we put the tent up.

It's usually much later in the year we've done similar trips and the kids don't really see the dark when they're camping, so the sand and beach in the dark was wonderfully novel for them.
