WOW, TWO YEARS !

The best thing I've done in my retirement is to join blipfoto. It has given me such an interesting hobby. Having lived in Cambridge for most of my life, I hadn't really explored it, but now I go out most days and with my resident's pass to the colleges, I explore our beautiful historic buildings and gardens. I am not far from the city centre, and I can jump on a nearby bus and be there in 15 minutes. I also meet up with a friend and we visit stately homes, nearby towns and the surrounding villages, especially at their festival times. I have enjoyed the journals of my blip friends and really appreciate the remarks and stars I have received. I haven't missed a day and I look forward to another year.
