Meadow Pipit

There's been reports recently of Ring Ouzels at Pegsdon Hills, not somewhere I've been before. I left Mrs L at home to recover from the combination of yesterday and the weekend while I went off for a wee explore. Couldn't find any Ring Ouzels, but was pleased to see my first Blackcap of the year but couldn't get the camera on it so today's blip is the only bird I photographed there a Meadow Pipit.

Headed back to Amwell where I'd heard the Spotted Redshank was still present this morning, unfortunately by the afternoon it had gone, but a Lapwing flew close and posed nicely for RCB.
