No barbacoa hoy...

Today I took delivery of a gas barbecue, the excuse being to utilize the big fat butane bottles I have here to run the gas heater over the last few months of cold evenings, which will hopefully be redundant now as Summer approaches. Unfortunately after unwrapping the Black Spirit - sexy name, eh? - I discovered it came with the wrong regulator fitting. Back to the shop; the correct one has been ordered from the mainland and should arrive later in the week. Hope the sunny weather holds. To assuage her disappointment over not getting barbecued meats, Minnie took herself off for a swim.
