Refuge

Work was busy today. Happy first (working) day of the new tax year everyone!

What had previously been a day of intermittent sunshine and showers, became a downpour as I was putting my coat on to leave work.

I took refuge in this bus shelter on my way home. Unfortunately, it was only about 4 minutes into my 15 minute walk home. Fortunately, my trusty brolly was in my bag and it wasn't that horrible windy weather that makes umbrellas absolutely useless!

When it's as wet as this, you realise how uneven the pavements are - as you leap from raised spot to raised spot over the puddles. I am obviously incredibly agile useless at this and got very wet.
