Retirement in Montana

By tomtaylor

All in a weeks work

This is my Mono-Monday Wood.
We bought a truck load of wood and the guy said it was 2 cords but when he unloaded it, it was taller then me and I am 5 feet tall. We have been chopping and stacking for a week and should be done tomorrow. When we first moved to Montana, my husband invested in a wood splitter and that was the best purchase he has ever made.
At least I can look at the wood and be proud of myself for doing such a nice job of stacking. At 75 years old, do you think I could hire out as a "master wood stacker"?
