Door in the Wall

This door is in the wall of the courtyard of our inpatient psychiatry unit at Katoomba Hospital. Everywhere else we have multiple auto-locking doors and such between the ward and the world. The philosophy and ethics of compulsory detention and treatment aside, I find it amusing that there's this single door here, tucked away in a corner not very visible from within the unit - in fact I would think completely hidden from the nurses' station. (Yes of course it would be locked, but still...)
