Who killed Kenny??

I was sorting through some stuff the other day and I came across this figure of Kenny from South Park! My Mum bought it for me years ago. I remember she told me she had no idea who it was but she liked him and she thought I would like him too! I decided to put him in the bathroom on one of the corners of the bath and he seems very happy there!
