Making the Best of a Bad Situation

Feeling sorry for myself today as I was too sick to make my flight to Ireland :(
Was up early as James was going to work so went back to bed with Caroline and some Disney films then got up and got a grip and made a cake. Raw and vegan of course!
Haven't tasted it yet but the process was definitely medicinal enough for it to be worth while.
