Lighthouse Park

Lighthouse Park is the piece of land at the end of the Western Harbour development which has now been moderately well landscaped for public use. The last time I was there, the derelict lighthouse was not really accessible for photography, although it was a great day for photography. I seem to remember that there was a fence across the end of the breakwater making it impossible to close enough. Even now you cannot actually get in, although you can get underneath with which is quite fun.

It was perishing out there, blowing a gale and periodically raining. But it's an interesting place to take photos, and good for me to have to practice using the EOS M, which I have to admit I'm not very good at using yet.
