Early Morning Glow

There is often a reward to be had for getting up for a very early morning run. This was today's . Glowiness everywhere, even me because as a lady I don't sweat I glow Serious marathon watching after this . Bless Mo Farah he was amazing . The press have been hounding him all week with unrealistic expectations and even post race interviews were interrogatory rather than congratulatory . Just big cheers to the man who has basically increased his distance four fold . It's been a big cheers weekend all round . PB at Parkrun yesterday thanks to marshaling from fellow blipper Wendy and hubby Tony, and some spot on pacing . Dinner with friends in the evening where I was gifted a really special bottle of wine . Spent most of the evening talking bollocks which is exactly how if should be - we have sorted out the Pistorius trial , we have sorted out personal development strategies, we have made plans for placenta pate ... Ok we were drunk through all this ... All rounded off this evening with a drink with Mr John and Dave, working out some marathon training plans for our Yorkshire marathon. We made strategic steps in this plan , we actually looked up which date it was on as we both had wrong dates in our heads . So that's enough marathon work for one day so we are resting for a few days now .
