En La Playa

The Easter holiday is in full swing and the beaches are getting busy and the bars and chiringuitos busier.

I strolled along the front at La Cala this morning while Mum was getting her hair done and then we went for a belated birthday lunch at La Despensa in Cabopino. The food was excellent as ever and we sat outside, but in the shade as it was really quite hot.

When Jacqui came home from work, we went for a 7.5 km walk along the beach path, so I don't feel quite so guilty for eating so much!

Anyway, it's a fasting day again tomorrow instead of Thursday, as J is having a pre-holiday lunch do with the port people. That should fix it!
