mason jar meals

trying out a new ready-made, low calorie meal maker in the area. it's a little bit more expensive... not sure how i feel about that (yes, i know exactly how i feel about that) but i sure do love salmon. i could eat salmon for every meal of every day except brunch on saturdays and sundays.
