Ducks in Flight

As I took a quick walk around the pond this evening before dinner, I came across a pair of ducks on the shore. I slowed down hoping to get closer and started to ready my camera. Unfortunately I managed to startle them and they quickly flew away from me. I started shooting knowing full well that I wasn't quite ready. I walked on, taking other shots of the pond and the surrounding flowering trees. When reviewing my photos later, I was struck by this one which captured them in flight with the sun behind their wings. While far from perfect, I thought it was interesting enough to post.
