Timber!!!!!

Three trees down and then lunch. We've got permission to take down four more, but the three men were all completely cream crackered by then and the other trees can wait for another day. The men did the lions share of the work of course, and the women watched, chatted and hauled the branches away... and made cups of tea.

There was very little damage done, which was amazing considering how close the wall, the pool and the mas itself were to the two trees shown here, so well done to the workers. And now these two trees by the pool are down the space looks so open and the sky, which was huge before, is now enormous.
