Wet, Wild and Windy

An angry sea crashed and roared while the wind blew our voices down the beach. Our hair like mops and our jackets and jeans pinned to our bodies we pushed ourselves along the beach wondering why we were there.

There was sea foam everywhere, light and airy little balls were being blown up the beach - it was like snow and so much fun to photograph.

Shags flapped 'ninety to the dozen' as they battled against the wind while gulls were contented to glide and cruise on by. Tall trees creaked high up on the sand dunes while the grasses were almost flattened - it was certainly a wild day at Woodend Beach.

I'm delighted yesterday's Autumn Puddle hit the spotlight page, warm thanks to you all for your lovely words, stars and fav's - I'm feeling quite chuffed :))

Happy Easter everyone :)

PS: Much better large
