People on a Bridge

Sunday walk

We went to our local bagel shop for breakfast, and on our way back took a walk at the local cemetery. This gravestone caught my attention. Stephen Nash was important enough around here to have a street named after him. Yet when the gravestone broke (how DID it break???), it was fixed via the crudest method possible. Why not make a new gravestone? Why not create a frame into which both pieces can be inserted and kept together without torturing the old stone with holes and nasty metal bars?

Who are you, Stephen Nash???
