Well howdy Jax

Jax is a 9 week old English Springer Spaniel.

He is the new puppy of friends Kerry and Kirsten.

We have just had a lovely dinner using a Raclette cooking system.

It is a portable cooking device that cooks food on a hot plate then heats the pizza based topping underneath. Mixed with a few beers it is a great interactive way to cook food and socialise with friends on a Easter Sunday evening.
