Easter Sunday

Of course, normally we would have spent the morning in church then had a family lunch or something. Instead, owing to a change in the organisers' programme, the five Flums drove up to Doune to watch the annual hill-climb competition, which was our Christmas present from B&S.

After watching the practice session, sitting on a sunny but decidedly chilly hillside, we repaired to the restaurant for an excellent lunch, after which the chaps went off to watch the competition while the girls took a turn around (part of) the adjoining antiques emporium, meeting up for coffee and cake before the last few cars set off on their time trial.

This one caught our attention, so like a pedal-car we half-expected to be asked to push it.
