My favorite painting

When my folk started to get at the age that driving was not an option anymore for them, we hired a friend of theirs to drive them to the doctors and shopping. They always looked forward to the days that she would come over. I got to know her and also became her friend. I was over at her house one day and saw this painting hanging on the wall. I fell in love with it and she said that her kids did not want it so she took it off the wall and handed it to me. Every time I look at it, I have such a peaceful feeling.

I don't know much about the artist except her name was Florence Kroger and she passed away in 1980.
