Lost On The Highstreet

There's something a little sad about discovering an item of clothing, once of a pair, now lost or abandoned on the high street.

During Winter, the discovery of lost or discarded hand coverings is a relatively common sight on our streets and one feels a certain amount of sympathy for our fellow Man, or Woman and their 5 cold digits. However it's not a thought that lingers long on your mind.

Unlike a lost shoe.

I can only hope the bearer of this lost shoe had a chariot to transport them home or a parent that was not too laden down with shopping so that their mini me could be carried to a pit stop where new treads can be placed on little feet.
