Not what it looks like !!!

While this may look like your average suburban street it's not!
This mock up is a permanent street setting in the NZ National Fire Training Headquarters in Rotorua.

This facility was opened in 2012 at a cost of $10 million and is one of the most sophisticated training centres in the Southern Hemisphere.

It is like a small town and includes a train wreck, petrol station ( that explodes) and high rise apartments to name a few of the 11 site designs. It is also across the road from Rotorua's Airport that supports the training facility.

More than 1500 firefighters train here each year who previously trained in Brisbane.

Full of knowledge aren't I ? No it's called the internet, I just needed to get my facts right before I told you porkies.
