Watercolour Classmate

Actually this is really one classmate and our instructor.
Since I was on holiday up in Tahoe last week I thought I'd post a foto with TWO people in it.
Will the REAL classmate please stand up? Hey! You're both already standing! There goes that idea right down the drain.

I chose Sunny as classmate of the week today, because she was gracious enough to allow us to come to her house at the last minute (such gorgeous and colourful plants in her gardens!) to do our plein air field trip; just after we were asked to leave Mission Basilica San Diego de Alcalá because it was the High Holy week of Easter. They didn't want us disturbing their regular churchgoers during the special services.
We had forgotten to finalize arrangements and the mission IS still an active church.
