What a change!

Unfortunately I feel like I spend too much time in the Southern General Hospital but I'm so grateful for the NHS. Today when there I became aware of the changing face of the hospital site.
Old and new together! These buildings caught my eye and the sheer scale of the work is phenomenal.
I just had to blip it.
