Aquamarine

The sea was an amazing colour first thing this morning. Just before the sun lifts above the horizon, the sea and sky flash with bright colours for just a minute. Then they are gone, washed out by the sun's brilliance.

Yesterday's solo run to Ikea proved successful and I returned with a new mattress in the back of the car.

Incredible how they roll them up. When I cut the straps, I shall stand well back as it springs undone. And if we don't like it, we can return it within 90 days.

Just don't ask me to roll it back up again.
