One veranda doth a summer make

No turning back on the weather now .. the first of the "summer verandas" are going up! This one on Ulitsa Novy Arbat will allow patrons to enjoy a mix of summer sunshine and exhaust fumes from the lines of cars that seem to be endlessly jammed up along Novy Arbat.
