Just visible is the aqueduct that carries the canal over the river Aire.

I always think that living on a canal boat would be damp, cold and cramped but I've recently spoken to people who do and they say its the best thing they ever did and they would never move back into a house. I tend to think this is probably confirmation bias talking, but maybe not.
