The Cuillin Ridge

I've been away for a few days camping on Skye. Great time. Although the weather was not perfect this was a great walk up Sgurr nan Stri. Saw a pair of eagles and deer on the way up. Fabulous view of the entire Cuillin Ridge the scene of many of my adventures in the past. On the way back there were some shell duck and a great northern diver at Camusunory and finally a green hairstreak butterfly. A well deserved scone and tea at Elgol was followed by a quick visit to the spa caves, some highland cattle and grand views of the Cuillin from Elgol. There are more photos here
