...... From the “Lord of the Rings” movie trilogy.


I photographed this model at the “Weta Cave”, part of Sir Peter Jackson’s film studio complex in the suburb of Miramar, Wellington, NZ.

It is only minutes from the Wellington airport, so it made an interesting detour. And we had time for lunch in the nearby beautifully restored Roxy Cinema /Restaurant building.


It was special having Easter with our grandchildren and lovely to spend the last two nights with my sister and brother-in-law.
