What holds you together

8:30am and walking the dogs.

A dry morning after a damp overnight. Not the best sleep we've ever had, but there were more hours sleeping than awake.

Mrs theWeir was out for a bit so the bairns and I had some playtime, nap and clearing up before she got back, then we all finished some housework (except the wee-estWeir who bounced.

His post-lunch nap saw me head out on another training ride. 52 miles cycled, 2,400ft climbed and lnot quite enough fuel in the tank. Still hugely grateful for working legs and lungs. And for time to do it.

Food, bedtime, and a quiet evening. Except someone burning what appeared to a phone book outside. Which was a bit random.
