This is not Mick Jagger

..... and nor is it any other Rolling Stone, because as we all know, "a rolling stone gathers no moss".

This is a tiny piece of moss in the greenhouse, and I thought that the little droplets of water looked so pretty, and you can see in some of the drops of water the reflection of the sempervivum which is behind the moss.

Nikonabike has been working his little socks of getting all the plants potted up and into the greenhouse. A few years ago he set up an irrigation system whereby all the rainwater runs off the house roof and footpaths, and is diverted into seven linked-up 1,000 litre containers cleverly hidden away beneath the decking (which is considerably higher than the lawn because it juts up to a railway station platform but that's another story). There is a pump which pumps the water all around the hanging baskets, troughs, greenhouse, lawn, and general dry areas of garden, and a computer which controls which zones are watered when and how much. There is also a sensor so that if it rains, the outside areas don't get watered.

So this little bit of moss is looking so beautiful because Nikonabike did all that work to set up the irrigation.

He's definitely not a drip.
