Gym Selfie

I was looking through my blips and it seems they mainly consist of food, London, selfies and James which kind of sums up my life pretty accurately at the moment. One thing that seems a little under represented is the gym though which is also a key part of my life. So here I am at the gym :)

It was MDQ's 2nd birthday today so we had an office full of champagne and food! Bless Michelle she did think of me and I was amply supplied with humus and celery sticks!
