Wednesday 30 December 2009: Double whammy
As there were two films on this week that the boys wanted to see, Alvin & the chipmunks and Twilight, we thought we'd go for a double whammy and catch them both on the same day.
Enjoyed the first one, not exactly challenging but at least there were some laughs in there and some decent animation.
As for the second, we would happily have walked out half way through (but the youngest was enjoying it!??!). Some decent effects but a very dull storyline and I thought the characters were as flat as pancakes and all a bit pathetic.
