It's Been Over a Year

Went to Foodbank this morning, home have a seat and lunch then back out again.

Here, over 2 years ago, then Physio was suspended when Jim was in same building, visiting was tiring enough :-( . Got back to Physio then discharged. Back again to get more TLC, exercises to be done, back in 3 weeks with homework done (hopefully). But now I'm knackered.

Was just having a rest before dinner, when crash-bang of thunder and lightening, whatever it struck close by must have been close as the whole house shook. Thunderstorm now heading south-east.

Cropped a little, just noticed the 'drivers beware of pedestrian movement' sign. Amazing what is invisible when you're not paying attention, and not a driver, although don't cross me when I'm in charge of a shopping trolley :-P
