Playing with shadows!

Alex was standing on the decking making shadows after school today and I had only just been looking at Keith B's shadow on his last blip.
so I thought - perfect - 'let's play!'
Some remaining laundry on the line added to the roof shapes and us wallying about!

Perfect sunny day! I have skived off my domestic duties a lot (apart from laundry - because it has an outside component) to sit outside and potter about assessing my weeds plants. I feel an urge to do some planting coming on...

Alex has outdoor investiture at Explorers this evening so they can make the most of it. I do feel that Fred and I may be forced to sit in a pub garden somewhere to wait for him...
