Tawny Owl

Not often do i spot a tawny owl keeping an eye me on my way to the river.

Now looked into this and it is very unusual to see one during the day. They are purely nocturnal and usually hide in the day. So much so, no one in the whole of last year managed to capture one for the big blip year of birds.
