Pink Rose

Sometimes I wish that I could post a blip in smellavision, and this is one of those times.

I love this rose, it has the most amazing scent. I have no idea what rose it is, but it is definitely a survivor. When we moved in, there were more trees than grass in the front garden. We had the trees cut down and virtually had to use a machete to get though the mass of weeds. Amongst all the weeds we spotted this weedy little rose plant which was one stem and two leaves. In fact hubby actually yanked it out of the ground thinking it was a lowly weed.

He we are 5 years later and it's a mass of bud and a sturdy 5 feet tall!
