May challenge - Frustrating moments

I was unable to publish this photo last night I think due to slow internet at hotel in vienna where I am staying. I had written a witty ( I thought) comment on second moments, probability distributions and how this structure could look like a square root but I lost it in the process so now it is just a moment in time. At least I finally got there!
