A Splash of Color!

Across the yard on the porch next door I zoomed in at a splash of color I could see through the lens. I was on bird watching mode, so I got a nice close-up that was soft and hazy and looked like a pastel chalk drawing to me. I enhanced it a bit and chose this as my blip.

It was cool and mild all day. It rained early evening, but I was not able to find a rainbow yet. Had a marathon phone conversation with my sister. It was the best part of my day! Sometimes a virtual hug is as close as a phone call!
