Wednesday 6 January 2010: How Many Tails?
Another day at home today and still more snow.
Long-tailed tits are extremely skittish. They visit the food in gangs and they are there one minute, gone the next. It's also difficult to tell what time of the day they will arrive. I think there were four birds on the peanuts when I took this shot.
My camera software has a 'navigation' facility which zoomed in on the birds for a great view, but is there any way I can capture that zoomed-in shot??
