Leeds Landmarks #2: Leeds Market

Second in the series of the Leeds Landmarks, this is Leeds Market. First opened in 1822 it is the largest covered market in Europe. If you haven't been it's well worth a look, the internal structures are fantastic, as are the stall holders. It is also the location of the original Marks and Spencer (forget the advert where all the stall holders are cockney cheeky chappies and sound like Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins - they should have had good Yorkshire Accents).
