Absolutely delicious! I added roasted carrots and sweet potato instead of having the pittas. Very fresh tea!

Glass of red and dark chocolate with sea salt later. I ran 7 miles this morning! Shins ok too . I've been swapping some of my shorter runs for the gym to save my shins but I had to do the long run for this week to stay with my plan.
