Edinburgh look

I jogged for the first time this evening since Sunday. Just a mile with my daughter, who is showing great enthusiasm and aptitude for this sport considering she used to complain about getting 'stitch' all the time. It went surprisingly well in that I didn't collapse in agonising pain. Maybe I can do a long-ish run this Sunday after all.
