Treacle tart

Treacle tart is one of the favorite treats of the main character of the books I'm currently reading. I had to try it.
So it took about 3 tries, 3 different recipes, 2 not-so-great-looking-and-tasting tarts, but I think this one is the best. It tasted great :)
Adjusted the recipe a bit by using spelt breadcrumbs and spelt flour.
