Sunday 10 January 2010: Recipe#6 Enchiladas with Pumpkin Sauce
Enchiladas with chicken and scallions covered with a spicy pumpkin sauce with cheddar cheese....
okay...I was looking forward to make this and had a feeling that it should taste good. However, after making it and eating it...I think I'm gonna FAIL this recipe HAHAHAHAHA.
Seriously....pumpkin AND green onions ???!!!! with MUSHY tortillas ???!!!!!!
Well...the photo might look okay, but the taste was BAD!!
FAIL!! hahahahaha
Not sure what I did wrong, but I SERIOUSLY don't like it at all.......
