Victorian Postbox Warwick

One of my American Blip-buddies asked what happened to UK post boxes when a new Monarch is crowned - were they all replaced with the monogram of the new King or Queen? Well, here is proof that they don't get replaced - this one, shaped like a Greek column, dates back to the time of Queen Victoria and stands at Eastgate in Warwick. I left in bright sunshine to go and photograph this, drove through a rain shower, but fortunately it had stopped raining by the time I got there. Back home to bright sunshine again.
