Ah purple geraniums, who could ask for more?

The honeybees were literally queuing up today to get to each flower. However in this picture you have to look hard in order to be able to see them.

I was asked today to go to a house nearby where the occupant thought there was a swarm of bees. I duly obliged and found a small wasps' nest.

The wasps' nest had to be removed because it was in the vicinity of passers by. If they are unlikely to cause a nuisance I normally leave them alone.
