Going up up up !!

Most boys (and quite a few men) are secretly fascinated by building/construction sites. When we are young its simply the cranes, and the diggers. The heavy plant basically is fun to watch.
Now I'm older, I marvel at the planning, that must go into a big project. All the drawings that have to be done, the co-ordination of all the staff and materials to arrive at the right time. Each part of the huge jog saw must be planned in precise detail, so that nothing is done to early, and nothing to late! Whoever is the site foreman on the job has one hell or a responsibility!
